Makeover PartyIt's a makeover party! Girls will have their hair, nails and makeup done. Choose between bringing in professionals, moms, or have the girls work on each other. Take before and after pictures, participate in a fashion show and learn how fashion has changed throughout history. The devotion will center on the difference between what the world considers beautiful and what God considers beautiful.

Jewelry PartyDid you know God calls you His jewels if you are a Christian? His unique, one of a kind, valuable, gorgeous jewel. This whole party centers around jewels and hands. Girls will make a bracelet, enjoy a hand wax treatment, give each other hand massages and learn about a lady in the Bible who had beautiful hands.

ColorsGod must love color because He created so many different shades. He also created each of us with hair, skin and eyes that coordinate together and look best by wearing certain colors. For this party, hire a professional Color Consultant or purchase a fabric drape set from our store to see the difference that clothing colors make on each girl. The devotion is about Eve, the first woman to get a new outfit; how Satan tricked her and wants to trick us.

Fragrance of BeautyYou smell. And no one smells just like you. In addition to your actual smell, you give off another fragrance - the impression you leave others with. Spend time with Jesus and you will have His Fragrance of Beauty. At this party there will be
“nose-y” games; girls will make perfume and bath bombs. They will also learn what hair styles and glasses compliment their face shape. |
Old Lady Tea PartyBe prepared to laugh! Girls will come to this party dressed as old ladies and have tea together. They will bring a shoe that describes themselves, a couple of childhood pictures and we will talk about Sarah in the Bible who walked a lot and what does it mean to walk with God. Feet will be featured and a perfumed foot soak and foot massage will be enjoyed.

What Should I Wear?"What should I wear?" is a question we often ask. At this party we will look at body types, personality dressing, and clothing lines. Learn what styles are right for YOU, what looks good on YOU, and not wear something just because it is in fashion. The devotion will focus on the spiritual clothes the girls should put on every morning; the Armor of God.

Queen Esther's SpaGirls will be transported back in time to experience some ancient beauty treatments from the time of Queen Esther. They will try a mask made with goat's milk and use myrrh lotion to smell like Esther did. They will also make Bath Salts. Queen Esther spent one whole year in beauty treatments to be presented to an earthly king. Our devotion will look at what we are doing to be presented to our heavenly King Jesus.

Shop Till You DropIt's a Mall Scavenger Hunt. How fun. Girls will do a two-part scavenger hunt. They will first search the mall for items on a list, and the second part will be a photo scavenger hunt looking for certain clothes and taking pictures of them. Just like there are price tags on everything in the stores, the devotion will focus on the price tag or cost for following Jesus. Is the cost worth it? Absolutely!

Tacky Miss America ContestCongratulations! You have been chosen to compete in the “Tacky Miss America Contest!” Girls will come dressed in the most mismatched, tacky, ugly outfit they can create. They will compete in a wacky pageant. Be prepared to laugh. The devotion is about a man who dressed tacky and incorrectly in the Bible.

Modeling ClassLearn a few tricks of the models and put some finishing touches on your appearance. Posture, smiling, hydration, diet and sleep will be a few of items covered. Girls will come in an outfit that looks great on them, using principles they have learned from the past parties. There will participate in a photo shoot and make a lavender eye pillow. The devotion will talk about the girls being a top model for Christ.

Red Carpet Almost Slumber PartyThe Fashion year will end with an evening on the Red Carpet. Instead of evening gowns, girls will come dressed in comfy pajamas, walk the Red Carpet, have an awards ceremony and watch a movie. The devotion will talk about how we can have a "Happily Ever After" with God.
